This product is a medium-viscosity fluid, methanol-eliminating, one-component room-temperature curing silicone adhesive sealant.
Description
This product is a medium-viscosity fluid, methanol-eliminating, one-component
room-temperature curing silicone adhesive sealant. It undergoes a
hydrolysis-condensation reaction with moisture in the air, releases
low-molecular-weight substances, and then cross-links and cures into a
high-performance elastomer.
It has excellent properties such as resistance to cold and heat changes and
stress changes. After curing, it maintains elasticity and stable physical
properties.
It is resistant to ultraviolet rays and aging, and can withstand extreme
temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +200℃ for a long time;
It also has excellent properties such as insulation, moisture resistance,
shock resistance, corona resistance, leakage resistance, and chemical medium
resistance.
It does not swell and has good adhesion to most metal and non-metal
materials. It can seal and bond electronic components without polluting the
surrounding environment.

1. Electronic field: LED module potting, circuit board coating protection,
electronic sensor bonding, semiconductor device waterproofing and
moisture-proofing
2. Industrial equipment: Equipment sight glass sealing, underwater instrument
waterproof bonding, electrical equipment potting, small household appliance
protection
3. Optics and display: Optoelectronic display packaging, LED pixel
waterproofing, optical instrument potting
4. General scenarios: Thin-layer potting (<6mm), light bulb surface
coating, small accessory moisture-proof insulation
